2023 State of the Podcast

As has become our tradition, around the Christmas/New Years time, we drop a little mini-episode, just to let all of you know a little of what's going on in the background, what plans are for the future, and so on.  Usually we drop this between Christmas and New years, but time got away from us this year, so you're getting it as the first episode of the new year!
